No Sky Id

Hello,

my Sky Broadband has just been activated. I would like to see all my bills in the my sky app. I bought it via card but have never recieved an E-Mail with a sky id in order to link the product to my account. I only ever recieved one e-mail from them and have only recieved confirmation via text messages since.

Thank you all for your help!

Hello @JE02, thanks for taking the time to join our Community and make your first post! 🥳

I'm sorry you're having problems managing your new Sky Broadband services online. It sounds like your Sky iD hasn't been linked to the account and these steps should help with this - https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services-tv-broadband-talk

If you still need with this, then at the end of those steps (usually at the bottom of the page) just click 'No, I still need help' for the best contact details for our team who can help get this up and running for you.

Let us know how you get on or have any other questions.

Thanks, Jason
