No ONT

My activation date was today but I have no ONT in my new flat which I understand I need to connect. I've tried replying to the open reach text but it won't deliver.

I would ring sky and see what they can could as they book the open reach engineer to install  the full fibre broadband

@Lilyt1 if the previous resident has removed the ONT you need to report this to Sky who will arrange for Openreach to fit one. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
