We have moved into a property and received our Sky Hub, with activation due on 10th February, however our friend who works at BT has advised us that we need an ONT power supply for Nokia as the previous owner did not leave this behind. I have no idea what this means, and have called Sky to explain, who advised we would need to wait until the activation date for assistance, however we are fully aware that the we will be unable to access the internet until we have the power supply required. Can anyone assist?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KDarkins unfortunately that is the way it works Openreach wont accept the order until the axtivation has been completed and fails. I know it sounds crazy.
