Our sky is due to be activated tomorrow, the email today told us to check our ONT is on, upon checking this I have seen the ONT box doesn't have a plug with it to supply power to it. How do we get a plug?
@Davidkenny You need to call sky the day after it is supposed to be activated, for you that would be on wed 8am to 8pm. They can then organise for OR to get a replacement for the missing one!
