Hello,
Today is my activation date but I don't have an ONT in my apartment. I do have a green fibre cable present but it isn't connected to anything. How soon would it possible to get an ONT fitted?

@harryclarke As long as you have now reached the activation date, you will need to call SKY and report that the ONT was removed by someone, they will arrange with OR to have it replaced and will advise you of how long it will take when they give you the appointment time/date.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
