I have reset the box a few times and I still do not have WIFI. When I check the status on the app it shows that there is nothing wrong?? What's going on? Can you get this fixed asap

I’m having the same issue. It went out randomly around midnight and I've reset it a few times but the internet checker keeps saying there nothing wrong with it 😕

We're the same keeps cutting out and rebooting only to cut back out again.
And service checker says all is good 🤷🏻♀️ not in London though We're in Bristol.
