No Internet

I've had no Internet connection since last night. I have followed all sky guidance without success. I am meant to be working from home this is causing a significant issue.

 

I also live in a 3 bedroom flat and have poor Internet coverage in the 3rd bedroom which really should not be an issue.

@Susant1 If the online service checker tool in the My Sky app is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call them to report the fault when lines re-open shortly.

 

Note if there is a fault on your line thst requires an engineer that is not likely to be resolved before Wednesday so plan to use alternative method to work. Using what is sokd as a domestic line for work does not give priority.
