No Internet

Can anyone from sky give an actual update on the outage im experiencing in Leeds.

Service checker says theres an outage and can take upto 2 days to fix, which is quite frankly ridiculous.

I work from home and need to make coningency if connection is not restored by tomorrow morning.

The outage will be the responsibility of Openreach to fix as they are responsible for the infrastructure outside of your property so two days is pretty decent given their standard turn around time for domestic customers is up to 5 working days. The fact you work from home doesn't come into it I'm afraid.

Note that 'two working days' is the Openreach target time to resolve an individual domestic broadband fault.  There's no guarantee this will be met (Openreach reports an 85% success rate) because domestic broadband doesn't actually have any particular service level agreement.
