This is actually outrageous I can not do anything loading anything takes the most patience 😒
Wifi was fine on the 1st November now it's just gone mad and nothing works, you try to call sky and u can't even get through to the tech team just a bot, as for them updating u doesn't really happened and hasn't I'm starting to get annoyed I have things to do

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

This didn’t work I’ am still without WiFi and my data is running very low and haven't heard from sky in 3 days nore can I contact them

I was sent a text at 12pm saying the issue in my area was resolved come back and it's doing that same thing that it was last week not working and completely shut off but can't even get through to anyone from sky 😅
