No Internet..

My hub is connected, all lights are green apart from voice, and I cannot get wifi on any device because of this. I've reset the hub, turned it off at the wall, disconnected and re connected wires all with no success. Just had it all switched off for a good half hour and it made no difference. Any ideas? All tests are saying everything is fine - and I know from a wee Google this isn't a new issue. Thanks.
