No Internet

My internet and hub aren't working, why do we keep paying for this rubbish service!!!

I tried fixing online and calling and nothing! They are quick enough to take our money but never give any back!

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

My broadband is also not working yet again. Checked the connection on sky and it's saying they're no issues in the local area/no issues with my connection, yet it isn't working!!!

 

I work from home and bills are paid so this isn't good enough at all.
