No Internet

WiFi promble with Internet access I've rest it 6 to 7 time and nothing only to green light show up no no Internet light even left it off for half hour

@louise44444444 run the connection test in the My Sky app which can tell you if Sky are aware of a fault afecting your line if they aren't give them a call to report it.
