No Internet

We have no internet. It flashes orange. We have power (green light) WiFi (green light) but voice us orange light too. Help

@Kirsty103  Does the broadband test not give you the ability to book an engineer? This is an Openreach issue but it is Sky that needs to make the call to them so they can attend to this fault.

@Kirsty103 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

We now have green power light, no light for broadband, green WiFi and no light for voice. Should this be a BT issue or a sky issue?
