No Internet

My lights are on my broadband box apart from the Internet light it has been off all day. I keep trying to reboot it and checked the sockets but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone got any ideas what I can do?

Run a broadband check in the Sky App that is on a smartphone whilst logged into your account and it should diagnose the issue and allow you to book an engineer if it finds a fault.
