I have had no Internet connection since yesterday around 11am. I have reset my Skye hub several times which has not made a difference. We have scheduled for an engineer who is due on Tuesday. However i work from home and I am hoping to have the issue resolved before Monday.
I called Sky today, however they couldn't seem to verify us. Very frustrating! Anything else I can do to try and get my connection back?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOpenreach will have been tasked to investigate/repair. They don't work on domestic faults at weekends. Also as it's a domestic service working from home does not afford you anything extra in the way of fix times.
