No Internet on router

I have power and WiFi lights but no Internet light, it came on briefly then went off again. Have tried restarting and power restart but no affect. When I test on my sky it says all is working ok but this is not the case

Same here. I'm pretty sure there's a problem on Sky's end, hopefully the service status page will update soon.

 

I can't wait to leave this awful company personally, no customer service whatsoever, their routers are cheap rubbish which they don't replace even when faulty, they don't give enough notice when increasing bills, etc.

There appears to be a problem with how the Service Checker identifies some individual line issues.

 

Given Sky supplies around six million domestic addresses, wider outages cause this forum to explode.
