No Internet light on sky router

The Internet light is off on my router. I've got Power and WiFi, but no internet.

 My telephone line is working, and the Sky diagnostic test from the app says that there are no problems.

 I've tried unplugging the router for a minute and restarting, and tried resetting using the reset button.

 I've checked the physical connections, and they seem to be OK.

 Please help 🙁
