No Internet connection

Have tried running your interent test 4 times and it says there are no issues. The red lights on my router say different. I gmhavecresterted the device snd still no connection. Which means i havd no access for TV or work. Hopefully this gets resolved by the morning but it's not great when your own tools say there is a connection when there blatantly isn't

I have exactly the same problem in the Barnet area which isn't good. Fingers crossed it's resolved by the morning.

Same here. No Internet connection, wifi or access to my Home page despite tv and online checks telling everything is fine.
