No Internet connection

Can not connect to the Internet and have followed all the online steps but it can't test the connection as we can't connect to the WiFi. Power light is green Internet light is off

@Richhasell  So you are unable to complete the test below.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Mines doing the same tested it and it says WiFi is good. Turned it off and reset it but still not working

@Richhasell if your connection is down ie the lights on the hub show no internet connection and the My Sky app test either wont run over a mobile connection or doesnt tell you thst there is a known fault call Sky and report the issue so they can get it fixed.
