Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Find out more@Richhasell if your connection is down ie the lights on the hub show no internet connection and the My Sky app test either wont run over a mobile connection or doesnt tell you thst there is a known fault call Sky and report the issue so they can get it fixed.
