Hi I have no internet connection. I have followed all the steps suggested on the website. Unplugged, reset, taken the cables out and put them back in. Nothing seems to work. All i get is the amber light flashing.
Any other ideas or tips please

If the internet light is flashing that means theres no signal getting to the hub externally
If not fixed by tomorrow morning give sky a call on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
