Cannot connect to the WiFi. Says connected but then asks any device to log in to gateway. What is happening?? Help

the username is admin and the password is either the word sky or the default wifi pssword on the label depending on the model.

Once you log in see if there's any other errors that are showing up.

Sky gateway log in. What

What a rubbish, cannot get connected to my WiFi. No idea what username and password should I enter for sky gateway. I tried all the passwords:and WiFi and email and my sky login in details. Does not work. It's getting me annoyed, and I'm a new customer..
