Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Deanpaterson if the internet light on the hub is green but no data passes try rebooting the hub. If the internetvis amber the hub has lost its connection so unless the My Sky app connection test run overca mobile connection says there is a known fault in your area call Sky to report the issue.
