No IP assigned from the VDSL network

Several times this week we have had our VDSL connection drop for it to re-connect and then not be assigned an IP address. It then sits like this for a couple of hours before finally being assigned an address.

 

How do I report these issues? The broadband checker on the sky website/app just lies and says the broadband connection is fine. Even though it clearly says "last checked x mins ago" where x mins ago was 2-3 mins before the connection dropped.

 

Happy to provide logs and detailed time frames of the dropouts.
