No Connection on Nee Hub

New to sky, fitted fibre last week, worked ok on the day, hasn't worked since. Router had no internet light on. The tests all say Sky Hub not connected. Tried all the on / off / restart / different plug. Different Ethernet cable / hole but nothing. 

The Openreach box has no light on LOS ( not sure what that is ) 


Please help, I just want someone at Sky to sort.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
