Hi. So I purchased Sky TV and Sky Broadband for a new property back in May. I told the gentlemen who sold it to me that It was a new build and I had no internet and no tv. So we setup an account for both. I received my Sky Stream pucks the following day which I said wouldn't be any use as no internet. Now 3 weeks later I still have no internet and have paid over £100 for the TV which I can't watch. Why do Sky not give you the pucks when the broadband is setup, obviously if you have current WiFi it would work but I explained to the salesman that there is no internet at the property. Sky should be refunding me the money until I can properly use the product. It's like having a beer without the glass.....useless

Presumably because it's on an entirely different logistics system to broadband (which is a separate product and contract, whether or not it is sold alongside Stream)
I'd suggest approaching Sky to negotiate.
