My elderly parents have Sky Broadband and Phone line. Neither have worked since last night. I've tried all the usual tips from here and they still have nothing. What are their options? They can't get on here without their internet, their phone line doesn't work to call (if there is even a number to call). What should they do?

I don't, but I would ring with them present to answer questions. Just not even sure what number to ring

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem, been down for 27 hours.
It has taken me that long to find this number for sky which I will call in the morning.
Hope this number for sky customer services helps your parents.

I have had to write parts of the number as sky does not like it and is trying to block it out
