New to sky

Have today gone live. My phone can connect if right by the router but nothing in rest of house. It talked about a white box to connect at the start but there wasn't one in the box. 
Help. I have no cellular here either

@Charlie1711 What hub do you have, see the link below then say! After that what service and speed did you get from sky, ie FFTP or FTTC if you know, speeds may tell us what you have!

Thanks. It's a max or a 6. Afraid I don't know anything else!

@Charlie1711 Ok what speed did you sign up for with sky, they go FF100,150,300,500 and 900 and then standard to 80 and that is mostly over copper, also do you plug the hub into a standard OR Master phone socket.... Few way's of determining what you have!
