New to sky

Hey am new to sky, they installed my new internet and it's working great I also have a phone line but the home phone line is not working can't make or receive calls

The phone line sometimes takes a further 24 hours to become active. Happened with my sons in December.

@Wazzer3 Also depending on the service and the Hub you got, the phone may be plugging into the back off the Sky Hub now, just the heads up, 24-48 hours to work is just something that is NOT talked about....

@Wazzer3 Where do you have the home phone plugged into at present! And the Electronic link should you need to take a look.
