New to sky

Hi all! 

I joined SKY last month for internet, I got the fibre 500. 

Problem is I cannot connect my daughters tv to the sky 

I cannot use certain apps on tv or phones/ tablets

The internet we do get buffers a lot then drops out a lot.

I really thought Sky would be the bees kness. But its really not. Way below.

 

I am at my limit of attempts to get help with this via skys customer service . I think its best just to cancel it all and go with someone else unless any wonderful people here can help!
