I have sky broadband since this last week and it keeps dropping out constantly on my laptop. I work from home and need it fixing ASAP. I've tried working through trouble shooting. I have also found WhatsApp messages on my phone take longer to go through. I have turned guard shield off.
Does this happen if your laptop si right near to your broadband hub ?
