New signup

Ive just signed up for a new sky BB deal and received a txt to say the install date, but haven't received any other info IE email with the package deal price etc, I've signed up to the sky account but when I select order or account it gives an error and says please contact us. Just want to make sure everything is as I signed up for etc...

You should have received confirmation via the email address you used during purchase. If you are unable to find any details it would be best to call and give them your email/phone number so they can lookup your details.

I called them I was on the phone for nearly an hour, the guy didnt understand why I wanted the email info I just couldnt get it through his head we went round and round, he just kept repeating that one its installed all the info will be in my sky account page, I cant say Im feeling confident that somethings not gone wrong, very poor CS and other than a txt with the install date ive still not recieved a single bit of info or a reply from Sky...
