Just received new router from sky.to help fix problems. Plugged in. Plugged into full fibre box only 2 lights on box. Only 2 lights on router.No Internet? Replaced exact to old one. Any ideas? Thanks.
It would be useful if you took a photo or described which lights were on and what colour. '2 Lights' on the router could mean anything, we dont know which router you have or what lights they are.
