New router

I have had a new router sent out after problems with how slow the thing was. After setting it up with the fiber setup it doesn't work. Is the new box only work through landline?

Are the lights lit up on it to show that everyone is working fine or are you saying you can not connect your devices, if it is this then the chances are not only will you new hub have a new Sky network name it will come with a new password so you would need to set up your devices again.
