Openreach's engineer says we need a new router how do we order one

@14-02-54 standard line from Openreach engineers when they dont quite know whats wrong but need to get out of the door. 😀
Sky get regular updates from thr hubs so will know if your current one is faulty so give them a call.
There is a major project to replace the flat blach Sky hubs (models er110 and er115) but Sky are contacting people in batches as there are several million still in use so ask you dont call them to get these swapped before they email you.
