New router setup

I have received a new Reuter and following the steps for setup and the internet light will not flash green. I have completed all the troubleshooting steps but still can't get any signal (the internet light flashes orange and then stops) what can I do next

@Mikebroadband if this is a new connection the most likely explanation is thst new service is not been activated check the My Orders section to see when that is due.

 

If its a peplacement hub check i]there couldcdither be a line fault or you haveca dodgy hub in either case call Sky.
