New router issues

I have just connected a new router but I can't get the same to connect to internet.  All wires seem to be ok and connected.

Was the router a replacement from an older one ?

What light are showing as being lit on it ?

Hi yes a replacement I have just two lights showing in green the internet one flashed amber a few times about an hour ago but nothing since

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

It's just showing hub not connected even though all wires are correctly placed.
