New router delivery delay

I am a new subscriber, open reach came around my property to install the fibre cables  

 

howver sky is yet to deliver the router . 

i thought the engineer coming to carry out the open reach installation would come with the router , but to my suprise ,  he also didn't have it .


no communication from

sky with regards to the router delivery, attempts has been made to reach sky for delivery updates but the contact support has been poor , as I haven't been able to get through.

 

now i am without internet ..

 

what can I do ?

@SE24 All you can do is ring Sky and hope you get through to someone who can help unless a Superuser on here can get you some help from the online support team.

@SE24 Why do you not look at your account information, your messages, order status or anything with regards to that, you fail to even mention what the activation date is, have you been informed that your sky is now active, and your Internet connected to the old system should still be up and working until you change unless you did something different.
