New installation

I've signed up to sky broadband via Uswitch moving from virgin media. I had an email confirming that the installation would be 8 Sept 25 , a.m. visit.  Since then I have received no information. No text message no confirmation of the engineers arrival I cannot find the email. I've tried to contact Sky to find out if this is going to go ahead today but I keep getting told by the bot to log into my account, which I can't because I don't have an account.  How do I check if the engine engineer is attending today?

Hi @YHW 
Did you check your junk mail etc? When you sign up Sky should send you a welcome email with an account number that you can use to signup for an online account.
