New hub

Had the new fibre 5 giga + installed. I understand it will have teething problems for the first day. But the job isn't showing up at all on MySky app. It still says I have my old hub but it's not connected. Do I need to do anything in the app to fix this?

@Benr1990 the Gigafast + service requires either a different ONT if you already have a City Fibre line or a new line if you sre currently using an Openreach line. The new Gigafast hub is normally dispatched to arrive 2 days before the engineer are due to do the work. If the activation date has passed call Sky as something has failed.
