New hub

I have been set a new hub, I keel trying to set it up.but it's not connecting to hub

Please tell us what hub you had before, what hub you have now, what type of connection you have (FTTP or FTTC) and what lights show on the hub.

White light, not actually sure on box.

 

Model number is SR213-02-UK-zzz-DS1

Hub 6?

From what i understand the light means it's connected. However whenever I go in app or add the plug... sky max pod, it states the hub isnt activated. I've been trying all week to activate and it keeps saying failed

Forgot to say hub i has before was model SR203 i guess
