New hub arrived. No booster received

I received my new hub as renew my contract with sky max hub. Not received a booster.

Sky does not ship booster hardware by default, either with the Max Hub or under a Broadband Boost subscription.

 

A booster unit is claimable retrospectively once the new Hub had been in place for 14 days, but only by phoning.
