New hub and booster

Can't connect to TV and it seems to not work. Really is confusing with no instructions and really is rubbish!!

@Sean-76  Which TV do you have?   A Smart TV, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
