New house
I have moved into my new property today, I've gone onto the app to change the address over and its given me the earliest date for 10th of September. I've noticed that my new property already has an openreach connection that I can connect my Sky Broadband box to, will i still need to wait until the 10th for them to turn the broadband on or is there a way to be able to have it turned on straight away with the openreach connection already installed?

Yes, as Openbreach will need to connect you at the exchange, if there is an ONT there it's likely not live, or if it is the previous occupier who moved out they may not have cancelled their service, which they should, it does not mean you can use another customers broadband line/service though.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: New house
Ideally you should have booked a Sky Home Move. The lead in time for appointments are usually two weeks (10 working days),
