Did you inform Sky before you moved?  As you've posted on the Broadband Board you need to have booked a Home Move at least 10 working days beforehand.  Did you do that?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Demeterova if you cannot book a home move online give Sky a call. However there are addresses where Sky cannot provide broadband because there is no connection to either the Openreach or City Fibre networks and one cannoot be run for some reason. One exampke is homes built by Persimmons who only allow connections via their own isp. There are a number of other reasons.

 

If you explain a bit more forum members can advise
