New fibre150 order
Hi all
Ive made an order for the fibre150 + phone, i had selected actiivation day on the 30th septemeber, however just recieved a message from sky detailing that openreach dont have the equipment to connect the broadband and talk to the the phone exchange and that i will get a text on the 30th september with an update. im guessing this means my activation date will be pushed back if so as im switching from virgin will their service continiue until my sky service goes live ( ive used the one touch service which seemed to have worked so far) ?

@daren5 In theory yes the OTS and as system is not changed over then sky do not inform VM they have you now and VM keep you connected and on there system! Error's happen so no 100% guarantee it al goes to plan!
