New fibre fast

Hi..I've just had the  new ultra fast broadband installed and my landline is not working...does anyone know what I can do to restore it..

Also I'm trying to connect the broadband to my sky Q and done everything it has suggested but still nothing..iam at my wits end as can't get any response from sky and wish I never got the new ultra fast..would appreciate any help and advice. Thanks

What is the phone plugged into.  Old mastersocket or back of router

Hi. Thanks for advice.  I've put the plug into back of router and all seems fine...didn't realise I had to as just took it for granted it would still work ok in the original socket..

Still would appreciate any advice regarding the broadband and sky Q.
