New customer

This connection is absolutely shocking unless your quite literally sat next too the router. This really is not ideal

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

@Lindabrady Is it the sky Max white hub that you have, and doing everything on the wireless wi-fi connection? When next to or near the sky Hub everything is working as you expect also?
