New customer
Hello
I'm a new customer and have broadband but the WiFi isn't as strong as my previous provider. I've now added sky wifi max - when will this arrive? If this doesn't improve it I will be cancelling as I need strong WiFi for my work.
also will WiFi max help?

Re: New customer
@rhioharris if Sky are sending you an extender pod as part of the WiFi Max bundle - the first pod is sent out on request by post - it need sto be plugged in half way between where you need the boost and the hub. If that doesnt help get back onto Sky as they will areange an engineer to visit who can authorise upmto 2 more pods.
However be aware you are buying a domestic connection not a business one but you can use it to work from home but it doesnt give you any priority. You have 31 days from activation to cancel without penalty but Sky normally wave any charges where they cannot provide a decent service if it takes a bit longer to prove that..
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
