New customer wifi problems
Today is my first day with sky broadband and the wifi coverage across my house is simply unacceptable. When I walk into two of my bedrooms my phone drops of the internet and uses 5G. I didn't have these issues with BT and am now considering cancelling as I work from home and need wifi coverage across the house.

Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
