New customer - no internet

I'm a new customer and our Sky hub box has only ever shown a red light. I'm unable to speak to someone at Sky, the automated service refers me to the Service checker online which says that everything is OK. It's not! It might be an Openreach problem, can I speak to them directly? It's been almost a week since it was supposedly activated....

Try  running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
